Dr. Amit Kumar Chauhan

Amit Kumar Chauhan is a Senior Research Associate at QNu Labs Pvt. Ltd., Bangalore, specializing in post-quantum cryptography and quantum cryptographic solutions. He previously served as a Research Engineer in the Post-Quantum Cryptography group at the Centre for Development of Telematics (C-DOT), New Delhi. Amit holds a Ph.D. in Cryptography from the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at IIT Ropar and an M.Tech. in Computer Science from IIIT Delhi. Amit's research spans post-quantum cryptography, cryptanalysis, and quantum computation. He is a life member of the Cryptology Research Society of India and his contributions include the development of secure cryptographic protocols poised for the post-quantum era, and he remains actively engaged in both academic and industrial research advancing quantum-ready cybersecurity.

Dr. Aswath Babu

Assistant Professor and Head of the Department of Arts, Science, and Design, IIT Dharwad.

Dr. Aswath Babu H is an Assistant Professor and Head of the Department of Arts, Science, and Design at the Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) Dharwad. He earned his Ph.D. in Physics from IIT Kanpur in 2013, specializing in nonlinear dynamical phenomena in all-optical bistable systems. His research focuses on quantum information theory, quantum optics, and nonlinear optics, with applications in quantum computing and secure communication. He previously held postdoctoral positions at IIT Madras and Lund University, Sweden, and served as faculty at NIT Calicut before joining IIIT Dharwad.

Prof. P. Balasubramaniam

Dr. P. Balasubramaniam is a Senior Professor in the Department of Mathematics at The Gandhigram Rural Institute - Deemed to be University (Ministry of Education, Govt. of India), Gandhigram, Tamil Nadu. He worked as a visiting research professor during the years 2001 and 2005-2006 to promote research in control theory and neural networks at Pusan National University, Pusan, South Korea. Also, he worked as Visiting Professor at the Institute of Mathematical Sciences, University of Malaya, Malaysia, for six months from September 2011 to March 2012. In 2022, he obtained a D.Sc. Degree in mathematics at the Gandhigram Rural Institute. He has published over 344 research papers in various SCI journals with impact factors with Scopus H-index 51 and Google Scholar H-Index 57. He is a reviewer of many SCI journals and a member of the editorial board of a few Journals. He is an Editor-inChief of the journal Modern Instrumentation, Scientific Research Publishing Inc. (SCIRP), ISSN Print: 2165-9257, and Associate Editor of Neural Processing Letters. He received the Tamil Nadu Scientist Award (TANSA) for the discipline of Mathematical sciences instituted by the Tamil Nadu State Council for Science and Technology in 2005. He received the Tamil Nadu Senior Scientist award in 2018 from Science City, Govt. of Tamil Nadu. He received the MidCareer award from UGC, Govt. of India, New Delhi, in 2019. He has been recognized as one of the Top 2% scientists in the area of AI & Image Processing since 2020 by the survey of Stanford University, USA. His research interests include the areas of dynamical systems, image processing, soft computing, cryptography, neural networks, and quantum computing.

Janani Anantha is a Quantum Engineer in the IBM Quantum Technical Support team with over 4.5 yrs experience & a hybrid R&D background across academia & industry in the field of quantum computation and information. BS-MS graduate and INSPIRE SHE Merit Scholar from IISER Pune. After graduating, spent some time in the Indian and French start up ecosystem, working with companies like Qkrishi, QpiAI, and BosonQPsi. Interests include analytical, developmental, and application–based research related to quantum algorithms. Also interested in quantum error mitigation, quantum correlations, and quantum machine learning. Experienced with using quantum SDKs such as Qiskit, Braket, Pennylane, and cuQuantum.

Dr. Keerthana Jaganathan is a Lecturer in the Department of Computer and Information Science at Northumbria University, United Kingdom, and a member of the Data Science and Artificial Intelligence Research Group. She earned her Ph.D. in Explainable Artificial Intelligence from Jeonbuk National University, Korea, and previously worked as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at Newcastle University. Her research focuses on applied explainable AI, neural networks, and machine learning for drug discovery and energy storage systems.

Dr. Kunwar Singh

Dr. Kunwar Singh is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli (NIT Trichy). Dr. Mostafizur Rahaman

Dr. Mostafizur Rahaman is a Research Scientist at the IBM Quantum Division, IBM Research Lab, Bangalore, and a Visiting Scientist at the RIKEN Quantum Information Physics Theory Research Lab, Japan. He earned his Ph.D. in Quantum Signal Processing and Optimization from IIT Kharagpur. His research focuses on quantum simulation, Hamiltonian dynamics, and the development of scalable quantum algorithms for optimization and fault-tolerant quantum computation. His current work explores the intersection of quantum machine learning, chemistry, and algorithmic optimization, aiming to bridge theoretical advances with practical quantum technologies.

Dr. Pranab Dutta

Pranab Dutta is the CEO and Co-founder of GDQLabs Pvt. Ltd., Bengaluru, specializing in advanced quantum sensing and precision measurement technologies. He led the development of India’s first quantum gravimeter and has extensive experience in atomic clocks, magnetometers, and quantum communication systems. A former researcher at IISER Pune, he is highly skilled in system architecture, algorithm design, hardware integration, and field deployment.

Prof. Dr. Raveendran Paramesran

Prof. Raveendran Paramesran received his B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Electrical Engineering from South Dakota State University, USA, and his Ph.D. from the University of Tokushima, Japan, in 1994. He is currently an Honorary Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering at the University of Malaya, Kuala Lumpur. His research interests include image and video analysis, orthogonal moments, EEG signal analysis, and non-invasive data modeling. He has published widely and holds an international patent for predicting blood glucose levels using a non-parametric model.

Mr. Sagar Dollin

Sagar Dollin is a quantum computing researcher and technical manager based in Bengaluru, India, currently leading quantum software development at QpiAI India Pvt. Ltd.. He holds a Master’s degree in Cognitive Science from IIT Delhi, where he focused on interdisciplinary studies including AI, cognitive neuroscience and computing. Sagar has contributed to the development of software solutions that enable access to India’s first-generation quantum computers, building expertise in quantum computing technologies, optimization, and software engineering.​ He is an active collaborator in quantum research and regularly participates in academic forums and technical workshops on quantum and AI solutions.

Dr. D. Saraswathi is an Associate Professor at Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT) Chennai, with academic credentials including a B.E., M.E., and PhD in computer science and engineering. She is a passionate machine learning professional and researcher associated with the Centre for Human Movement Analytics at VIT, specializing in artificial intelligence, machine learning, deep learning, medical image analysis, computer vision, and foundational quantum computing concepts. Dr. Saraswathi has expertise in predictive modeling, explainable AI, time-series analysis, generative AI, multi-modal signal fusion and technical frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, and Scikit-learn.
